Third party risk management capability was built from scratch for Energy multinational from Fortune 100. The project was delivered in phases with focus on people, processes and tools.
Initial phase
The initial phase gave full focus to alignment of business objectives and deliverables, delivery method and mobilisation of resources.
Inception of TPRM strategy
The strategy was created based on the business objectives, market trends and risk appetite as set by the audit committee.
Setting strategy in motion
The second phase of the project put into spotlight operationalization of the strategy with core processes being designed, tools to support execution tested by means of POCs and upskilling for core team.
Boots on the ground: going live!
The last phase gave real life test across newly deployed processes, tooling and taskforce with limited scope. The purpose of this stage was get diligent testing across all pivotal pillars of third party risk management program at a low load.
HyperCare and scaling up
Three months of post production support was provided by the project team to ensure all lose ends are tied and inefficiencies irradiated for core team to allow full focus on submitting
